PORTLAND — Mercy Hospital announces that Nina Edwards, MD, has joined Portland Surgical Associates as a general surgeon. She has practiced in Maine for the past 12 years, including at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston and York Hospital.

Edwards is a board-certified surgeon who began her career in Michigan before coming to Maine in 2006.
