BATH — The Chocolate Church Arts Center will present its Summer Saturday Concert Series at 6 p.m. in the Bath waterfront park on Commercial Street.
Concerts begin July 7 and continue Saturdays until Aug. 25. For students in grades 5 to 9 there will be a three-week Summer Theatre Camp beginning July 30 at the Chocolate Church, 804 Washington St. in Bath.
Singer-songwriter Matt Newberg kicks off the fresh air series of concerts along the Kennebec River on July 7. A longtime teacher, he has recently released the single “Lost.” The project brings him together with longtime collaborators Gregg Hoover on guitar and Jeff Glidden on drums. Jake McCarthy has joined the band on bass.
