LEWISTON — Sandra A. Mynahan, 67, of Poland Corner Road, Poland, died Monday, July 9, at CMMC with her loving family at her side after a long illness. She was born in Lewiston on July 12, 1950, a daughter of the late George W. and Alice (Roy) Lever. Sandy was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School, Class of 1968.

Sandy worked for the phone company for 35 years, starting right out of high school as a clerk, and she retired in 2003 as a manager. She also worked part time for years at L.L. Bean.

Sandy married Patrick Mynahan on July 26, 1976. They settled in Poland to raise their two children. She enjoyed knitting, baking, being on her boat with Pat, spending time in her rose gardens and on her back deck. Family always came first no matter what, especially when it came to her granddaughter Brenna.

She leaves her husband of almost 42 years, Pat Mynahan, of Poland; her daughter, Shannon Mynahan, of Lewiston; her granddaughter, Brenna Noyes, of Lewiston; her five siblings, Roy Lever and wife, Kathy, of R.I., Jeffery Lever and wife, Tammy, of Ariz., Lynn Lenhert and husband, John, of Auburn, Scot Lever and wife, Jenny, of N.H., and Jaime Bolduc and husband, Tom, of Lewiston; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her beloved son, Brendon, in 2003.
