LEWISTON — The Lewiston Public Library is promoting its summer reading program, Libraries Rock, with a Minecraft event at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21.
Participants ages 10 and older will enjoy two fun-filled hours of Minecraft, a computer-generated, block-building program, in the Computer Lab.
The library has a limited number of available Minecraft accounts to use, and players are also welcome to bring their laptops.
There will be a scavenger hunt and crafting race, snacks and prizes.
Space is limited, so people are asked to pre-register with their name, age and telephone number by contacting Wendy West at 207-513-3135 or email [email protected].
