WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. — Carole Lyn Maynard of Wisconsin passed away Friday, July 6, at the age of 54. She was born in Norway on Nov. 6, 1963, at Stephens Memorial Hospital, the daughter of Richard and Janice (Decato) Guilford.
Carole attended local schools and graduated from Oxford Hills High School, Class of 1982. She was married to John Wormwood III and had three children: John IV, Miranda and Samantha Wormwood.
She was also survived by her sister, Meryl, and her children Matt, Ryan and Kevin Noel; both of her parents; aunts, uncles and cousins; and her husband, James (Jake) Maynard. Carole also left behind her high spirits and a positive outlook on life. She will be missed by many.
