INDUSTRY — A New Vineyard woman was injured Thursday morning when a Jeep crossed the centerline on Industry Road and collided head-on with a car she was driving, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Clarence Brown 23, of Anson was traveling east at about 5 a.m. in a Jeep Commander when it struck a Nissan Altima driven by Brittany Walsh, 29, of New Vineyard, according to a news release.
Walsh suffered minor injuries, police said. She was taken by a NorthStar ambulance to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, according to the release.
“Speed was the leading cause in the crash,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.
