WATERFORD — The Waterford Library, 663 Waterford Road, routes 35 and 37, will hold a free program, “The Inward Garden” or What’s the Big Idea? at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 26, as part of the Sheena Fraser Garden annual lecture series.
Focusing on design ideas in Julie Messervey’s best selling book, “The Inward Garden,” Robert Spencer, retired landscape architect/Waterford Library trustee, will discuss the importance of improving and enhancing the value of one’s property.
The program is free and open to the public.
