FARMINGTON — A 15-year-old boy is accused of sexually assaulting a Franklin County girl under the age of 18, according to Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr.
Franklin County Detective Kenneth Charles investigated a report Wednesday of ongoing sex crimes in Madrid Township and charged the boy with gross sexual assault, Nichols said in his weekly report.
The case will be handled through the Juvenile Court system.
