BUCKFIELD — Police have identified the woman who died Saturday night in a single vehicle accident on Route 117.
Lt. Justin Brown of the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office said that Doris Fisher, 56, of Turner was driving a Jeep when it drifted to the right and into a ditch. He said no other vehicles were involved, and the reason for the crash has not been determined.
The accident occurred around 7:30 p.m.
Investigators closed Route 117 for several hours while reconstructing the crash.
