To the Editor:
The Swingin’ Bears Square Dance Club would like to thank the following for their help and donations to our food booth at the Bridgton Art in the Park 2018 activity at Shorey Park. We are grateful to South Paris MacDonald’s for ice, Oxford Hannaford for napkins, Coopers Farm for apples, Fraunhofer for the bread, Pam Durgin for the donation of a quilt for the raffle and special thanks to Nancy Engdahl for the donation of the space. This was a profitable and fun project for us and we are thankful for the support we received.
Swingin’ Bears Square Dance Club will offer lessons at the Middle School in South Paris on Wednesdays starting September 5. Classes are from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. Workshops for experienced dancers run from 7:45 – 9 p.m.. We would enjoy sharing the fun with new and old members and new dancers.
