FARMINGTON — A Dallas Plantation man remained in jail Tuesday evening on domestic violence and unlawful sexual contact charges, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Bradley A. Kennett, 63, was arrested Monday at the Dallas Plantation Town Office on charges of domestic violence assault, unlawful sexual contact and criminal restraint, Detective Kenneth Charles said Tuesday. Kennett was also given a summons on a charge of unlawful sexual touching, he said.
All charges involve an adult and are misdemeanors, Charles said.
A conviction on each charge is punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.
Kennett was being held at the Franklin County Detention Center in Farmington on $500 cash bail Tuesday evening, a corrections officer said.
