NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center announces its September calendar. All programs are free to anyone affected by cancer.

Look Good Feel Better: 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10. Volunteer beauty professionals will offer suggestions on skin care and makeup application, wig selection, scarves and more for those going through cancer treatment and offer a style tips video. Registration is required, call 207-744-6174.

Yoga Warriors: 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Posabilities, 15 Tannery St. The free gentle yoga class will support healthy living for individuals facing the challenges of cancer through gentle movement and breath, supportive restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation and relaxation. Banding Together To Restore: 10 to 11 a.m. Mondays, Sept. 10, 17 and 24, at Richard Bader Physical Therapy, 176 Main St. The program, led by Lori Britting, is focused on regaining motion and strength through guided instruction using stretching and colored Therabands. Each participant will be encouraged to work within their abilities that will safely gain their desired goals. Getting back your energy and the ability to move easier and carry out your daily tasks and enjoying life are part of this program. Preregistration is encouraged. Yoga for Wellness:  8 to 9 a.m. Fridays, Sept. 7, 14, 21 and 28. Either Kat Larsen or Sherri will teach the class, which will include breathing, movement and relaxing meditation while seated or standing. Check the website for more information.

Self-Reflexology: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14. Karen Tibbetts will demonstrate how applying pressure to reflex points may help improve circulation and reduce body stress.

Self-Reiki: 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25 (note new day and time). Charlotte LaBelle of Teresia Reiki will demonstrate how Reiki helps to alleviate stress and promote relaxation.

Stampin’ Up: 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5. Kathy provides materials and instruction to make a variety of cards.

Fun with Crafts: 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 4, 11, 18 and 25. Sherri and other volunteers will bring a different project to try each week.

The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine is at 199 Main St., Norway, in the Stephens Memorial Hospital Specialty Clinic building. Drop-in hours are Tuesdays from 3 to 7 p.m. and Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
