DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Outdoor Market on Aug. 18 and 19 included plenty of music, food and displays.
 
 
On Saturday night, the Masons prepared a chicken barbecue. The band Hot Damn, comprised of Norm and Debbie Pelletier, performed as people danced. 
 
Fat N Jack’d musicians John Perry, Nick Graham, Justin Hamner and Tom LeClerc performed at the gazebo.
 
 
Dan Richards arranged for the bands, DJ and sponsors.
 
Donna and Deb Towle set up the Dixfield Historical Society Photo Contest on Sunday. Winners were:
 
Hometown/Patriotic Pride: first, Rachel Buck; second, Kierstyn Lyons; third, Judy Taylor.

Landscape: first, Peter Stowell; second, Rachel Buck; third, Judy Taylor.

Portrait category: first, Bryanne Glover; second, Kelly Lyons.

Wildlife category: first, Debra Blais; second, Judy Taylor.

Still life: first, Ray Lyons; second, Emily Neal; third, Judy Taylor.

Best of Show and People’s Choice: Ray Lyons’ still life of water faucet and drip.

Judges were Christal Treadwell, Nick Waugh and Yvonne Allen.
