BRADENTON, FLA. — Joseph Gerard Caron, 83, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away at home Tuesday, Aug. 7. He was born in Lewiston on July 23, 1935, to Joseph W. and Eva V Caron. Joe was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and employed at St. Mary’s Hospital as a counselor.
Joe is survived by his children: Michael and Gerard Caron; daughter-in-law, Lori Gibbings; son-in-law, Barry Coyle; grandchildren: Alicia Bradford and Nicholas and Jacob Gibbings; and three great-granddaughters.
Joe is predeceased by his wife, Germaine Poulin Caron, whom he dearly loved with his whole heart; his parents; three sisters: Theresa, Connie and Margaret; and grandson, Ryan Coyle.
Celebration of life for Joseph and wife, Gerri, will happen Feb. 17, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the hall at Village on The Greens, 508 44th Ave. E, Bradenton, Fla. Burial memorial for the couple the following day at Sarasota National Cemetary, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
