On Nov. 6, I will be supporting Melissa Simones Landry to serve as the next County Commissioner for District 2 in Lewiston.
As the current District 2 Commissioner, I know she will represent residents well on the board. I have had the pleasure of being her friend for more than a decade. Her integrity, honesty, character and devotion to both family and community are second to none.
She understands the importance of fiscal prudence and will work hard to ensure tax dollars are spent wisely and responsibly. She has worked at all levels of government, first with Sen. Susan Collins and then at the Maine Legislature, where she helped draft policy alongside the state’s elected leaders.
She will be a tremendous asset to the Board of Commissioners and I hope others will join me in supporting Melissa Simones Landry on Nov. 6.
