Jon Farrar works on a water feature at Jude’s Place at Marcotte Park on Jefferson Street in Lewiston. The structure will spray a fine mist for children to play under in the summer. The park will be the first in Maine designed for all children regardless of physical ability. The park is named after state Sen. Nate Libby’s son, Jude, who has cerebral palsy.
