NORWAY — Children and youth, ages 6-15, are invited to register for the seventh season of the Community Children’s Choir. Rehearsals will begin at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Second Congregational Church, 205 Main St.
Rehearsals will be held from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. each Thursday afternoon at the church. Performances are scheduled during the annual “Christmastide” concert, Dec. 15 and 16.
Thanks to the continued support of the church, there is no cost for participation. Children and their families, however, will need to be dedicated to the choir and faithful in attendance. No auditions and no church affiliations are required. All are welcome.
Shirli Allen-Heald of Norway and production assistants Sharon Hollowell of West Paris, Kate Wood of Otisfield and Jean Saunders of South Paris are excited to continue this popular community program and are looking forward to helping develop the students’ talents as they learn how to become performers and supporters of the arts.
