LEWISTON — Police are investigating a report of a gunshot during an altercation involving up to 20 people Monday night near the Lincoln Street boat launch.
There was no indication anyone had been shot, and no injuries requiring medical treatment were reported.
The call came in just after 8:30 p.m. Police had not confirmed Tuesday night if a gun was fired, and the incident remained under investigation.
