Jan Collins is needed in the state Senate. She is a hard-working and principled leader. Teaching in public schools, she had to work effectively with all kinds of people. Those same skills, honed over 25 years in schools, will serve her well in her service to Maine.
There is power in her soft voice. She is up to date on the issues Maine faces now and the challenges of the future. She speaks softly and she knows her stuff. She will work hard on environmental, education and financial issues. She knows how to evaluate and make good decisions.
I am hopeful that others will join me in voting for Jan Collins for the state Senate.
