MINOT — The Tri-Town Family 5K is back for its seventh year! Join us November 4 for a 10 a.m. start and participate in a free community event open to all. Run or walk the beautiful 5K course on the Minot trails and fields. Enjoy refreshments, enter the raffle, and celebrate a healthy community! Prizes will be awarded to the top two overall males and females.

Registration is now open on the website (tritownfamily5k.weebly.com) or search for the Tri-Town Family 5K Facebook page. Participants may also register on race day from 8:45-9:30 a.m. Parking is available at Minot Consolidated School at 23 Shaw Hill Road. Young children may participate in a Fun Run at 9:30 a.m. 

The Tri-Town Family 5K is also a great opportunity to support children in our community through a donation to the Pink Feather Foundation. The Pink Feather Foundation is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization working with local schools and teachers to provide clothing to students. Representatives will be at the 5K to collect new winter hats,  gloves and gently worn winter coats. All donations will be greatly appreciated and will help keep local kids warm this winter.
