PORTLAND — The Red Claws got behind early, but hot shooting from behind the 3-point line late in the second quarter got them ahead, where they mostly stayed on their way to a 132-124 win over Delaware at the Portland Expo on Sunday.

Consecutive 3s from Jeff Roberson (19 points) and National Anthem singer Vitto Brown (11 points) turned a one-point Maine deficit into 64-59 lead late in the first half. The Red Claws made five of their last six 3-point attempts to end the half.

Shake Milton drained one for the Blue Coats to open the second half tie the game 66-66, but a 9-4 Maine run to start the third quarter gave the Red Claws the lead for good.

Walt Lemon scored a game-high 29 points for Maine, while former Red Claw Demetrius Jackson paced the Blue Coats with 26.
