LEWISTON — The Central Maine Human Resources Association is offering a program for all employers about how to boost performance, productivity and quality with employee engagement and lean thinking. The program will begin at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Carriage House, 1119 Lisbon St.

Jason Dix and Walter Lowell will present an interactive learning session focusing on employee engagement. Those attending will be asked for specific examples of where engagement is lacking in their business. Detailed countermeasures will be provided to take back to their workplace. The audience will dictate the conversations and the activity will provide clarity on the subject of engagement.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. There is time to network before and after the program. Registration online is preferred and available at www.cmhra.org. Members of CMHRA attend free; cost for others is $25, which includes the program as well as a full breakfast.
