LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Central Maine Human Resource Association and the Lewiston CareerCenter, will hold an HR Thursdays workshop Nov. 29.
Leadership Traits That Create a Winning Workplace will be presented from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the chamber, 415 Lisbon St. Jackie Little, human resources director for the Maine Legislature, will be the presenter.
Workplaces have changed significantly over the past several decades. With these changes, the role of the leader has also evolved. Attendees will learn about the leadership traits necessary to create a successful workplace now and into the future.
Cost is $25 for chamber members; $50 for nonmembers; and free for CMHRA members.
