AUBURN – William “Uncle Bill” “Bill” Morrell, 83, of Auburn, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.  Bill was born in Windham to Clifford and Fannie Morrell on Sept. 24,1935.

Bill lived on the family farm until he was 18 years old. He then moved to Pineland in New Gloucester where he lived for many years. He moved a couple times until his final move to the John F. Murphy Home located at 501 Old Danville Rd. Auburn.  Bill enjoyed the life he had at Old Danville Road. making many friends along the way.  The John F Murphy Home staff at Old Danville Road are outstanding in their compassion and care of Bill and his housemates. Bill felt as if he was a member of their own family.

William “Uncle Bill” “Bill” Morrell is predeceased by his mother and father, Fannie and Clifford Morrell; his siblings, Nellie Louise Knapp, Albert Morrell, and Ann Morrell.  Bill is survived by his “family” Lisa Bolduc, Carla Pray, Jessica Fitzpatrick, Lynne Fuller, Angela Hardy, Cierra Tuttle, Laura Carver, Kaitlynn Hamilton, Rebekah Stephens, Trish Clary, and AJ Alexander.  Bill is also survived by his brother Richard Morrell of Windham.
