AUBURN — The American Legion, William J. Rogers Post 153, 71 South Main St., has announced its December events. Members and guests are welcome.
Music, Dance & Karaoke — Every Friday and Saturday in December, from 7 to 11 p.m. Music will be provided by DJ Jean Louis. From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 28, there will also be music by Jerry Joe.
Bloody Mary Sundays — Watch the New England Patriots and other NFL games while Kevin makes the drinks.
Auxiliary Christmas Party — Friday, Dec. 14. This event is for eligible Auxiliary members only (sign-up sheet is at the bar). There will be a social hour at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6. Cost for the prime rib dinner and a drink is $15 per person.
Breakfast buffet — Sunday, Dec. 16, from 8 to 10 a.m. Cost is $7 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under. There will be a 50/50 raffle.
Monthly meeting — Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. The meeting will include a 50/50 raffle, and attending members have a chance to win $25, $50 and $100.
New Years Eve Party — Monday, Dec. 31, 7 p.m. to close. Music will be provided by DJ Jean Louis and champagne will be offered at midnight. A potluck dinner will also be part of the festivities; a food sign-up sheet is on the board.
The Post’s Auxiliary Christmas balls are on sale, $10 for large and $5 for small. Check with the Auxiliary or the bartender.
