MECHANIC FALLS -, 61, of Mechanic Falls, peacefully passed away on Thursday Dec. 20, 2018, at her home with her loving family at her side after battling courageously with cancer for a short time.  She was born in Fort Dix, N.J. on Jan. 31, 1957, a daughter of the late Camille and Jacqueline (Roy) St. Hilaire.

At the age of 12, Lucie met the love of her life, Raymond Bisson. He was 13 years old. They eventually married, started a family and spent 44 wonderful years together.

In her younger years Lucie was a CNA \ Med Tech.  After that, she helped Ray with a construction company, Bisson Painting & Carpentry, Inc., for 35 years.  In 2015, Ray, Lucie, and their children, Dan and Michelle started what we all know as “The Willows Flea Market” in Mechanic Falls.  Lucie greatly enjoyed meeting and interacting with all the vendors and customers.  She was the woman behind The Willows Facebook page, building it up to over 13,000 followers was her pride and joy.

If you had the chance to meet and know Lucie, it is certain that you all made your own special relationship with her. And, if you were lucky enough to have known Lucie, you know that she was a beautiful and amazing woman, wife, mother, memere and friend.  She loved and cherished every moment spent with her family.  She loved both of her grandchildren with all of her heart and treasured all the quality time she could spend with them, especially the times when she would go fishing with them. She greatly enjoyed traveling and riding her Harley Davidson trike.  She was known as “HD  Mama”  by many. She also had a huge love for animals.  Lucie will continue to be loved, missed and never forgotten.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Raymond of Mechanic Falls, her two children, Michelle Bisson of Mechanic Falls and Daniel Bisson of Lewiston. She also leaves behind her two grandsons, Deagan and Gavin Bisson, both of Lewiston; her sister, Diane Legendre and her husband Roland of Lewiston.
