Why are 49 percent of the voters of Maine opposed to ranked-choice voting? Because it is an unfair system. It allows some individuals two votes in an election versus one for others.
If a person decides to vote for a candidate that has little chance of winning, that’s their right, but they shouldn’t be given a second vote to alter the outcome of an election.
RCV is the ultimate attempt at election fraud ever created.
Hopefully, steps will be taken soon to eliminate RCV.
