NORWAY – Charlotte E. (Brown) Jacobson passed away peacefully on Jan. 24, 2019, at age 88.

She leaves behind a sister Shirley, a sister Beatrice, and a brother Donald; a son James Taylor of Norway, a daughter Yvette Lizotte of Norway, a son Gary Taylor of Waco, Texas; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Her kindness, generosity and especially her sense of humor will be missed by all.
