NORWAY — SCORE Oxford Hills will hold free small business workshops in February and March.
The first is Financial Projections: How to Forecast Revenue and Growth for Your Business. It will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Norway Town Office, 19 Danforth St. Participants will learn how to prepare detailed financial projections, including startup costs and projected cash flow analysis.

The second workshop, Marketing Your Products and Services, will also be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at the Norway Town Office. It will show participants how to stand out from other products or services of competitors. The key elements of a marketing plan will be addressed, including strategy, product descriptions, pricing, ideal customer profiles and more
