LEWISTON — The Central Maine Human Resources Association will present a program for employers, big and small, about how to integrate, motivate and interact with the newer generations.

The program will be held starting at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Gendron Franco Center, 46 Cedar St., Lewiston.

Presenters are: David Pease, senior vice president/director of talent, diversity and inclusion at Bangor Savings Bank; James Brissenden, director of business development at Clark Insurance; and Jordan Payne Hay, attorney at Skelton Taintor & Abbott. They will provide advice on how to handle issues posed by the “millennial” generation that is leading the charge on generational conversations and improving the environment for retaining talent.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. There is time to network before and after the program. Registration online is preferred and available at: cmhra.org. Members of CMHRA attend free; nonmembers pay $25, which includes the program and a full breakfast.
