JAY — A Livermore Falls man is accused of subjecting a woman to unwanted sexual contact Feb. 14 at a work place in Jay, Sgt. Russell Adams said Wednesday.

Adams arrested Eric S. Letalien, 43, on Tuesday on a warrant on a felony charge of unlawful sexual contact.

A conviction is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine.

The woman sought medical attention, Adams said.

Letalien was initially held on $10,000 cash bail at the Franklin County Detention Center in Farmington, but after he went before a judge it was lowered Wednesday to $2,500 cash bail and a supervised release agreement, according to a corrections officer.

Letalien remained at the jail Wednesday afternoon.
