A 2014 Ford F-150 plunged over a retaining wall at 139 Main St. in Paris on Wednesday afternoon. Corey Higgins, 45, of Paris somehow accelerated forward while moving the truck and broke through the wall, causing extensive damage, Detective Sgt. Michael Dailey said.
