Subcontractors for Hebert Construction replace windows on the top two floors of a building in the Bates Mill Complex on Wednesday morning. Grand Rounds, now in Mill No. 6, will be doubling its size and moving into the larger space where contractors are stripping the floors, walls and massive wooden columns in preparation for the move.
