On Sunday March 21, 25 cars decorated with banners and balloons came out to celebrate the 99th birthday of Annette Clough of Hebron. She turns 99 on March 25. On Saturday, Annette was recognized at Hebron’s annual town meeting as being the town’s oldest citizen. She was active in the community, helping to keep the books for her husband Bob as a town selectman. She cared for the State Surplus Food Program over the years for the town of Hebron. Annette was employed at Hebron Academy for many years.
