Red Cross needs ambassadors

To the Editor:

Oxford County residents, here is a chance to give back to the community with minimal time commitment and a flexible schedule. The American Red Cross needs additional volunteers to serve as Blood Donor Ambassadors at local blood drives in Oxford County.

Blood Donor Ambassadors welcome blood donors, screen their temperatures, and put out snacks for them at the canteen. Interested volunteers will be asked to watch a short online video and would be given additional training.
