AUBURN — In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Mellow Mainer Meditation will lead an “Introduction to Meditation” course for adults from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, online via Zoom, hosted by Auburn Public Library.

The session includes a short, guided meditation plus a resource list. For more information on Mellow Mainer Meditation, visit mellowmainermeditation.com.
