The Lewiston Senior Citizens Organization plans to officially open all activities effective January 2022.
In the meantime, the Lewiston Recreation Department said the group can use the Lewiston Armory at 65 Central Ave., in November and December for anyone interested in joining its activities, with no membership dues until January 2022.
Activities include:
Bridge, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, starting Nov. 2.
Marjhong, 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, starting Nov. 10
Cribbage, 9 to 11 a.m. Thursdays, starting Nov. 4.
Pitch, 11 a.m. Fridays, starting Nov. 5.
Bingo, 12:15-2:30 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, starting Nov. 10. All are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before play is scheduled to begin.
For the safety of all players, all is asked wear a mask if they have not been vaccinated; those who have been vaccinated do not need to wear a mask.
The organization will not report any cribbage scores until January 2022.
