Health
COVID-19 is not over! Wasn’t it wonderful to have family Thanksgiving celebrations as we couldn’t last year? But don’t be fooled: we have lots of improvements to be confident about: vaccines – wow! We never thought last year at this time that there would be so many readily available – and free – vaccinations. Get yours! And your booster, which has been recommended for all adults and is readily available – and free! But the Delta variant is violent, and cases are spiking around the country and in Oxford County. Don’t forget about protecting yourself and others by masking when you’re indoors in public. Local stores? Yes, wear your mask.

Acid Reflux? Read what AARP has to say about foods that contribute to the condition, as well as those that help control it (https://www.aarp.org/health/conditions-treatments/info-2017/foods-help-acid-reflux-fd.html?)

To request N2N free rides, Handy Neighbor Household Chores, or free Home Assessments: 207-824-4444.
