WALES – Phillippe A. Duguay, 74, a resident of Wales, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021, with his loving wife by his side. His family will remember his as a devoted husband, father, and brother. He was born on June 7, 1947, in Auburn, the son of Joseph Duguay and Josephine (Stone) Duguay.Phil attended Walton School in Auburn. On March 22, 1975, he married Carmen Tanguay in Lewiston. He had been employed at Globe Albany and then at Tex Tech Industries for 32 years. Phil was a member of the Greene Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching wrestling and football, he was an avid fan of the New England Patriots.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Carmen Duguay of Wales; two daughters, Susan Miquelon of Lewiston, Michelle Cloutier fiancé Carlton Corbin of Winthrop; a sister, Suzette Vachon of Auburn, three brothers, Frances Duguay of Greene, Gerard Duguay and wife Linda of Sabattus, George Duguay and wife Cindy of Turner; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his faithful dog, Oliver. He was predeceased by his parents; a daughter, Diane Miquelon; a grandson, Christopher Miquelon; and a sister, Cathy Carney.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, at the Greene Baptist Church, 102 Main Street, Greene, Maine 04236. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Arrangements by BRAGDON-FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 707 Main Street, Monmouth, Maine.
