CANTON— A man was rushed to the hospital after sustaining head injuries in a logging accident, according to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
Turner Rescue responded to the scene after the accident occurred around 10:30 a.m. The man was cutting down a tree on Pinewood Road when it fell on him, according to a report by WCSH.
The man was taken to Central Maine Medical Center for treatment. Authorities declined to release his name, age, other details or information on his condition
