WATERFORD — The Waterford Congregational Church will offer two services on Christmas Eve this year – a Candlelight Family service of carols and readings will begin at 5:30 p.m., and at 11:15 p.m., a service to usher in Christmas Day with poetry, readings, music, and carols. The late service will end with the ringing of the historic Church bell.
