William “Billy” Dale Hamel
TURNER – Billy Hamel, 57, a resident of Turner, died peacefully at 5:59 p.m., Monday, Dec. 27, 2021 at Hospice Care in Auburn, with one of his sister’s, Tina Sullivan, at his side, while the other sister, Lori Martin, did video chat due to Illness. He was born Oct. 24, 1964.
Billy attended School at Leavitt Area High School. Billy loved hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, tinkering on vehicles, but, most importantly, he loved family gatherings and functions. He loved to make all his nieces and nephews laugh, (that’s who he was).
Billy is survived by his two sisters Tina M. Sullivan and husband Rob Sullivan of Dolan Springs, Ariz. and Lori A. Martin of Readfield, Maine; niece Megan Sullivan and partner Gary Mace; great nieces, Natalie and Emily; nephew Todd Sullivan, girlfriend Kimberly and their son Tucker. Billy also has some amazing life long friends from childhood on.
There will be no funeral service at his request. Tina Sullivan and Lori Martin can’t Thank Androscoggin Homecare Hospice in Auburn for all their efforts to make sure our brother was comfortable before his passing.
