WALES — Regional School Unit 4 directors Wednesday approved hiring Dustin Miles as assistant principal of Libby-Tozier Primary School and Carrie Ricker School, both in Litchfield.
The two schools share administrative staff.
Miles has 18 years of experience as a teacher. In the past 10 years, he worked in Lewiston Public Schools as a classroom teacher and math coach. He has an undergraduate degree in elementary education from the University of Maine in Orono, and a master’s degree of curriculum and instruction from Grand Canyon University.
“I’m just really excited to work in such a great community, and I’ve already met some of the staff and it’s just a really nice district that I’m looking forward to (working in),” Miles said.
RSU 4 serves Sabattus, Wales and Litchfield.
