Aron Daniel (Berry) Hardy

HERMON – Aron Daniel (Berry) Hardy, 35, of Hermon, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Lewiston on Thursday, Nov. 20, 1986, the second child of Donna Greeley and Stephen Berry of Livermore Falls.

Aron graduated from Livermore Falls High School, class of 2005. He attended college in New Hampshire where he studied Criminal Justice. Aron had various work endeavors including construction foreman, technical support, transition supervisor and sales representative at Verizon, and most recently a life and health insurance producer at Cross Insurance Agency.

On October 3, 2015, Aron married his soulmate, Ryan Hardy, at Morgan Hill Event Center. They soon settled into a new home in Hermon, which was Aron’s creative masterpiece.

Aron was the type of person who could light up a room just by walking through the door. He made his presence known with his charismatic personality, amazing smile, and a hug that made you forget your problems. Aron could talk to anyone about anything, and he often did. He was always up for an adventure or trying something new. He had an eye for design, often turning the simplest of items into an ornate masterpiece. Aron also had a way with words, beautifully organizing every single one with such love and emotion.

He wanted everyone to know they were loved and wanted.

Aron is survived by his husband, Ryan E. Hardy of Hermon; his pups, Bentley and Bosco; his mother Donna Greeley of Jay; his maternal grandfather Roger Costello of Jay, his brother Adam Berry and spouse Ashlee, their children, Tegan and Tucker of Livermore; his brother Austin Greeley of Orono; and stepbrother Dustin Fish. Aron will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. As he always said: “The past was just practice.”
