Laura M. Lemieux
LEWISTON – Laura M. Lemieux passed away at her home in Lewiston on Jan. 14, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Born Oct. 12, 1980, she was the daughter of Arthur Lemieux Jr. and Kathie Wood. Laura enjoyed life to the fullest, she loved camping, dancing, swimming and barbeques with family and friends. She was at her best when she could be as loud as possible, like at races and singing during church. She also had a love for being on boats, four-wheeling and snowmobiling.
We would love to give a big thank you her day program SLC for many years of love and a big thank you to St. Mary’s departments of IR, infusion team, and wound center team for their care and compassion they have given to her for many years.
Laura is survived by her parents Arthur Lemieux Jr., Kathie Wood and her partner Marc Levesque, her sisters Mary O’Donnell and Jacqueline Lemieux, her nieces and nephews: Sean O’Donnell Jr. and his partner Ashley Lauze, Liam O’Donnell, Isaac and Adisson Lemieux, and Taylor Charest.
Laura is predeceased by her grandparents, Arthur and Jaqueline Lemieux, and James Wood. As well as her aunts Brenda and Toni Lemieux.
Visitation for Laura will be held at The Fortin Group Funeral Home in Lewiston, 70 Horton St. from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday Jan. 28, with a memorial service at Community Baptist Church located at 9 Main St., Sabattus, on Saturday Jan. 29 at 11 a.m.
