Friends and family of Tyrone Fulgham are planning a comedy fundraiser in May to help with medical bills after he lost a leg in a crash last September.

“Come and hang out with Tyrone,” wrote friend Donna Breton Remillard, “and witness first hand his unbelievable, positive attitude! There will be a cash bar and dinner available to purchase. Make it a date. Also there will be raffles, 50/50 and a silent auction. It will be a night of fun and laughter!”

Fulgham’s sister, Sandra Baker, organized the show, which is slated for Saturday, May 7. A group of local comics will be featured at the show, called “Ain’t No Stoppin Him Now: a Comedy Fundraiser to Benefit Tyrone Fulgham.”

“This fundraiser is going to be a great way for the community to meet Tyrone and see for themselves how special he is,” said Remillard. “He is truly an inspiration for all around him.”

The event takes place at Lost Valley Ski resort in Auburn. Find out more at funny4funds.com.
