Patricia Anderson
AUBURN – Patricia Anderson, 87, of Auburn, passed away peacefully surrounded by love and family on February 1, 2022, in Millinocket. She was born in Auburn December 14,1934, one of 13 children to Deputy Fire Chief Fredrick Whirley and Mary Bilodeau Whirley. She leaves behind three sons, Ronald Preo and his wife Susan of Millinocket, Daniel Lavoie and his wife Debbie of Yermo, CA, and Rick Lavoie and his wife Bobbie of Highland Ranch, CO, seven grandchildren as well as many great-grandchildren, three sisters, Doris Webster of Brooksville, FL, Margaret “Peggy “ Whirley of Auburn, and Joan Hebert of Auburn, and a brother, Jerome of Auburn. She enjoyed social activities and was a member of the K of C, VFW auxiliary, and Moose Lodge. She was very fond of Popham Beach, having camped there many summers while raising her family. She loved sitting on the beach watching the waves roll in while her sons fished, swam and explored the coast. She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews as well as all who knew and loved her. Services will be announced at a later date. Memories may be shared at http://www.albert-burpee.com.
