Donald M. Herrick

POLAND – Donald M. Herrick, 58, died Feb. 11, 2022 at Maine Medical Center of complications due to Covid. He was born on May 14, 1963 in Dover Foxcroft to Raye and Harland Herrick and grew up in Harmony.Don proudly served in the U.S Air Force. Don met his wife Gloria in 2001 and married on Feb. 10, 2002. Don enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family.Don is survived by his wife Gloria Herrick of Poland; daughters Heidi and husband Jason Small of Oxford, Heather Barker or Waterford, Hope and husband Justin Jewell of Lewiston; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters Lisa and husband Terah Rice, Dona Archambault, brother Jason McGinley and wife Jamie; seven nieces, one nephew; seven great nieces, two great nephews; mother-in-law Carlene Gray; and brother-in-law Michael Gray.Don was predeceased by his father Harland Herrick, mother and stepfather Raye and Ronald McGinley, and father-in-law Lewis Gray.There will be no funeral service in accordance with Don’s wishes. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held this summer.
