MECHANIC FALLS – JoAnne M. Cooper, 80, of Mechanic Falls, died Saturday, March 5, 2022, at home. She was born in Derby, Conn., on August 2, 1941, the daughter of Francis and Josephine (Migani) Lenahan.
JoAnne liked playing cards, putting puzzles together, hanging out with family, and dressing up for the holidays, especially Halloween.
She is survived by her children Deborah Gagnon and her husband Don, David Abrams and his wife Joan, Lisa Spaulding and her husband David, Charlie Abrams and his wife Misty, Rick Abrams; grandchildren Brittany, Morgan, Lindsay, Kasey, Kyle, Ceili, Justin, Reece, Ivy, Joshua and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Aden, Gavin, Nolan, Ella, Reia, Cole, Hailey, Elaina and Jaxon; brothers Junior, Charlie, and sister, Patricia; along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Edmund; and sister, Colleen.
