NORWAY – Martha Fox Waite of Norway left us on March 10, 2022. She was born in Portland on October 9, 1950 the daughter of Leon Fox and Marcella Virgin Fox of Peru/Rumford/Dixfield, her life was spent striving to improve herself. She succeeded. Marrying her soulmate Rex S. Waite in 1991, they were together in contentment over thirty years. Their enthusiasm for auctions kept them learning, laughing and enjoying hot dogs. She did not lose her battle with cancer, she endured it while also living with the devastating results of a brain aneuryism. She filled her life with dignity, courage, grace and humor. She will be missed, yet leaving friends and family with very happy memories. Goodbye, my love. Spring interment will be at the Demerritt Cemetery in Peru.
